美國組員簽證(crewmember visa)的類別跟一般旅遊簽工作簽是不同的
抱著前人種樹後人乘涼的心情
來小小分享一下組員美國簽證(crewmember visa)的申請流程

前面幾段大概是在定義哪些人適用crewmember visa
到中間就開始介紹如何申請(How to Apply)了
在知道如何開始申請之前
建議大家要先算好時間，什麼時間要面試、什麼時間要收到簽證
在線上填寫申請資料時就會耗費相當長一段的時間，可能長達幾小時
填完之後要把資料列印出來，申請一個帳號
申請完帳號要去郵局繳費，繳費完入帳的時間需要一天
也就是到隔天下午一點以後才可以預約面試
面試要帶的備審資料要準備時間，還要帶所有的舊護照
舊護照遺失的話要去入出國移民署辦「歷年入出國日期證明」
預約面試的時間都是平日早上，從早上7:00開始，最晚有早上9:00的
面試完約三天左右可以拿到簽證
到簽證發下來大約需要十天的時間
所以很需要注意時間的安排
如何申請HOW TO APPLY
主要分五大步驟：
1. 完成網路線上資料登錄
https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx
在網路申請開始前，瑪姬強烈建議先把之後的行程排開
安排一段充足的時間好好完成
閑置超過二十分鐘就會自動登出重新來過
然後把護照和父母親的姓名英文拼音、出生日期、公司資料先準備好
以免等一下還要跑來跑去、翻箱倒櫃
選擇所在地台灣TAIWAN, TAIPEI，往下點進去START AN APPLICATION
注意右上角有一組編號，這組編號要記下來，之後會用得到
圖片的序號僅供參考
筆者也是分了很多次才把這篇分享文完成
因此前後圖片的序號可能會不一樣，大家別被誤導了
最下面要你選一個問題填答案，之後如果被登出了，要按照這裡回答的答案才能夠調得出之前的檔案
填完之後點繼續(CONTINUE)
接下來開始最重要、最冗長、最繁複的階段了

接下來上傳照片，照片大小不可以超過240KB，可以用小畫家壓縮圖片
然後完成後就會寄確認信到信箱裡面
2. 安排時間面試
填完剛剛非常長的身家調查之後
到下面登入，第一次進去要申請新的帳號，需要e-mail和一組密碼

登入以後的畫面長這樣，記得類別要選 C1/D
然後會確認個人資料
再來看有沒有親屬要和你一起辦簽證的
沒有就直接到下一頁

My prior C1/D visa was issued for same company from which I am applying and the visa has expired less than a year ago?
我之前從我申請同一公司簽發的C1/ D簽證已經在不到一年前過期了？
再來選取領取方式，有自取還有寄到指定地址
自取的不用加錢，寄到指定地址會貨到付款多收NTD$220
接下來，來到這個頁面你就可以先小歡呼了
注意找到Click Here For All Payment Options，點進去就會看到現金或轉帳，點選現金。
3. 付費
把這張單子列印下來之後，去郵局繳費
繳費完成之後，會收到一張收據
郵局收據
中間有一排數字，見紅色框框處136XXXXXXXXXXX
在136後面有11碼就是收據號碼（Receipt Number）
填完收據號碼之後就可以預約面談了
預約了面談的時間之後，如果臨時有事是可以改時間的
先取消預約再重新預約即可
在最左邊是可以看得到所有預約和取消的紀錄的唷
所以還是乖乖先安排好時間再預約還是比較保險的囉
預約完了以後還是要記得在把填過的資料再檢查一次
然後在首頁就可以看得到所有的狀態了
到這邊大功告成了....一大半了。
4. 準備好審查文件
接下來就要來好好準備備審的資料了，
回到 http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/other/crewmember.html
1) Passport valid for travel to the United States
有效的護照（效期必須超過停留期間的六個月，特殊狀況不在此限）
2) Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 confirmation page
DS-160確認單
3) Application fee payment receipt
繳費收據正本
4) Photo
照片--2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm)正方形的，一定要六個月內的照片

5) 所有的舊護照
舊護照遺失的話要趕快去入出國移民署辦”歷年入出國日期證明“，

6) 戶籍謄本(只有改過名的人才需要喔)
7) 相關證明
公司證明等等
5. 前往面談
也有連問都沒有問就說Good luck
我的問題是Did you apply the US visa?
Have you been to the US?
面談完會把護照收走
自取的人大約三天之後會收到信說可以取件
郵寄的人直接就可以收到了
自取的人在取件地點報UID號碼或是直接出示證件就可以領取囉
簽證會直接黏在護照的內頁上
我都開玩笑說，我現在身上最值錢的東西應該就是這本護照了吧
要是掉了，花錢重辦可能會辦不出來
